You may enroll a child in Goldie’s Birthday Club at http://www.goldieblox.com/pages/birthday-club. To enroll a child (each such child the “Recipient”), you must be at least 18 years old and must provide your valid email address, Recipient’s name, Recipient’s date of birth, and Recipient’s mailing address. By providing your information to GoldieBlox you agree that such information may be added to our customer file and may be used to, among other things, contact you with information about our products, offers, special promotions and upcoming events that may interest you. GoldieBlox will not use the Recipient’s information for any other purpose other than to administer Goldie’s Birthday Club. Recipient’s participation in Goldie’s Birthday Club and our use of your information shall at all times be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Goldie’s Birthday Club is available to Recipients with physical mailing addresses residing within the U.S. or Canada. GoldieBlox reserves the right to limit the number of Recipients per household.

You are responsible for keeping Recipient’s information up to date. You may update Recipient’s address or cancel Recipient’s enrollment in Goldie’s Birthday Club at any time by reaching out to our customer service team at service@goldieblox.com.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such modifications on our website. If you object to a modification, your sole recourse will be to terminate Recipient’s enrollment and request the removal of your information from our database by emailing us at service@goldieblox.com. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Goldie’s Birthday Club at any time without notice.
