Natasha Case is the CEO and co-founder of Coolhaus Ice Cream, a business that combines food and architecture (something she’s coining “Farchitecture”) to create fresh combinations of ice cream sandwiches. Natasha was featured as mentor on our “Snack Science” episode of Fast Forward Girls, and sat down with us to talk a little bit more about her STEM journey to becoming a Farchitect.
