In honor of Computer Science Education week, we teamed up with Microsoft to develop this free Hour of Code Activity featuring 14-year-old social media influencer, Nicole Laeno. 

In just 20 minutes, Nicole demonstrates how she learned to code an arcade game using Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. In this fun and easy activity, you can “Code Along” with Nicole as she shows how to make sprites, use an if/then statement, define variables and so many more coding basics.

While watching this video, you will be able to learn how to create your own arcade game with Microsoft MakeCode. Plus, once you are done watching, you can test out Nicole’s game and try to beat her high score!
