Youtube is great for to watch a kids song or two as it is great for children to engage in their learning in a fun way! So go ahead, grab your devices, pop your popcorn and get cozy… these channels are fun for the whole family and many of them will even inspire you to get off your screens and GO MAKE SOMETHING. 20 year old professional Domino Artist Hevesh5 makes the most incredible creations that you must see to believe.

3. Physics Girl

Dianna Leilani Cowern is a science communicator. She is a YouTuber who uploads videos explaining various physical effects and hosts a PBS Digital Studios channel called Physics Girl.

4. MyFroggyStuff

This mother-daughter crafting duo creates daily videos for kids who love dolls. They have very unique how-to videos for making your own doll house accessories. Check out MyFroggyStuff.

5. GoldieBlox

The GoldieBlox YouTube channel is a destination for makers, with STEM-inspired DIY projects, build-your-own robot videos and empowering role models. With content vetted by curriculum experts and comments moderated by GoldieBlox staff, it is a safe haven for kids online.

6. Kawaii Sweet World

For all things baking and kawaii (the Japanese word for “cute”), Kawaii Sweet World is a wholesome channel with plenty of how-to videos and a charming host.

7. TedEd

Within TED-Ed’s growing library of TED-Ed animations, you will find carefully curated educational videos, many of which represent collaborations between talented educators and animators nominated through the TED-Ed website.

Crash Course Kids is a bi-weekly show from the producers of Crash Course is all about grade school science. It looks at Earth, Habitats, Space, Chemical Reactions, Engineering, and much much more with host Sabrina Cruz.

Soul Pancake creates videos that explore life’s big questions, celebrates humanity, and champions creativity. They upload videos every week about art, culture, science, philosophy, spirituality, and humor.

10. The Brain Scoop

The Brain Scoop is an educational YouTube channel produced at The Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, Illinois. A typical episode might find host Emily Graslie cataloging frogs in the Amazon, gawking at nano-diamonds in a curator’s lab, or cutting open a zebra.
